These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions (T&C), you must not use this website.

When you become a member of Doc4care Infosolutions Private Limited - referred herein as "We", "Us", "Our" - a contract is formed between you and Doc4care with the following T&C and the privacy policy of Doc4care is applicable. Doc4care may deny membership to anyone without giving a reason.

The Website & Its services

We aim to make the website and its services available 24*7. However, we have the right to suspend the services anytime without any prior notice for:

  • Maintenance
  • Security Breach
  • Violation of T&C
  • Unlawful activities

It is our sole discretion to restrict the usage of the website or limit its availability. For accessing certain services, you need to meet certain criteria that will be notified. We have the right and sole discretion to come up with new criteria or change the existing one from time to time.

We have the right to charge you for its services according to our own T&C. You will be given a month’s notice for any new terms of payment or about any increased charges and also the option to cancel your membership before those charges are implemented.

Obligation as User

  • Get all the required permission to upload, download, execute, perform or transmit any material or programme protected by intellectual property rights or privacy rights
  • Not to generate any script or command which interferes with any person's right to use the site or its service

General T&C

You may not transfer or assign or share sublicense the advantages of your membership with us with any other person.

If any part of the above T&C is unenforceable or invalid, it will not affect any other provision and all other provisions will remain intact

The T&C between you and us are governed by the laws of the Indian Republic and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata.

We have the right to amend any of our services provided through our site and may change its T&C and Privacy Policy at any moment without any prior notice. The change will be effective with immediate effect.
